Coast to Coast (West to East, Whitehaven to Whitley Bay) – Saturday 22nd September to Sunday 23rd September 2018

Cycle from the Irish Sea to the North Sea, from Whitehaven in West Cumbria across 225km of British countryside until you reach Whitley Bay in the East. Enjoy the dramatic landscapes of the Lake District and the northern Pennines. Follow history as you meet Hadrian’s Wall, ancient Roman forts and former mining towns. This amazing ride is certainly a challenge, but the memories of the stunning British scenery will last a lifetime.

London to Paris – Thursday 26th July to Sunday 29th July 2018

Tackle this very popular 237 mile challenge, powered only by you and your two wheels. Departing from London, you will ride through beautiful English and French countryside before reaching Paris and the Eiffel Tower. An overnight ferry will take you between Portsmouth and France, and the Eurostar will bring you home so you can rest your legs in comfort. And to top it off, you can finish your long weekend by watching the last leg of the Tour de France! This challenge is a must for every keen cyclist.

Land’s End to John o’ Groats

Another popular and well-known challenge, Land’s End to John o’ Groats involves cycling (or hiking) the entire length of the country, from the tip of Cornwall to the top of Scotland, which is a rather long 874 miles (1,407 km). The challenge generally takes between 10 and 14 days, and the current record is 9 days. There are several providers which offer this Great British adventure.
