Our workforce is located across the south of England and south Wales, but the geographic spread does not impact the “one team” culture. Kitchen Assistant
Wick Court
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at our Gloucestershire farm. This is a hands-on role supporting the efficient running of a busy kitchen, responsible for preparing food and supporting cooking sessions for groups of visiting children and young people at Wick Court. It is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday and does not include shifts later than 6pm.
Farm School Leader
Nethercott House
We are looking for a Farm School Leader to join our friendly team at our Devon farm, to cover maternity leave from beginning of June 2025 (ideally), until 1st May 2026. As comfortable in wellies mucking out livestock as engaging with children and teachers, this role requires a can-do attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people to access the benefits of the countryside life.
