Join our team

If you join our team, you’ll work alongside some hugely passionate and talented people who are focussed on providing children and young people with a life-enhancing experience on one of our farms.

Our workforce is located across the south of England and south Wales, but the geographic spread does not impact the “one team” culture. Whether you work on our farms or remotely as part of our support team, every single person plays a vital role in us achieving our mission as a charity. We are friendly, welcoming and incredibly proud of the work we do.

If you want to join an organisation where you can thrive, knowing that you’re enabling children and young people to do the same, you’ll find our latest vacancies here.

Farm School Leader

Nethercott House

We are looking for a Farm School Leader to join our friendly team at our Devon farm, to cover maternity leave from beginning of June 2025 (ideally), until 1 May 2026. As comfortable in wellies mucking out livestock as engaging with children and teachers, this role requires a can-do attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people to access the benefits of the countryside life.
