Corporate teams go the extra mile

Corporate teams go the extra mile

From Paris to pedal power: how our supporters have been cycling (and more) to support Farms for City Children this summer.

Over the last few months, we’ve seen an incredible wave of energy from our corporate supporters — all finding their own ways to go the extra mile for Farms for City Children.

Whether riding through cities or countryside, on gym bikes or horseback, every mile has helped us raise awareness and vital funds to enable more children and young people to access a transformative week on our farms.

Here are just some of the highlights:

Loxley Solicitors’ 24-Hour Static Cycle Challenge

The team at Loxley took on a round-the-clock challenge in June, cycling a full 610 miles on a static bike right in their office.

For 24 hours, peddling day and night, they rallied together and raised £1,320 for Farms For City Children – and even looked impressively fresh at the end!

London to Paris Ride

In May, a team of 17 riders from TRAFiX LLC and ITRS Group cycled 300km from London to Paris, arriving in time to attend TradeTech Europe 2025, held at the Palais des Congrès.

Together, they raised an incredible £10,713 through their joint efforts – a huge thank you to everyone involved.

IVCE Farm Vets: Farm-to-Farm Challenge

Throughout June and July, practices across the IVC Evidensia Farm network took on a 300-mile challenge – the distance between our three farms. They walked, ran, swam and even rode horses to reach their goal, all in support of the children and young people who visit us.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part – what a way to go the distance!

Computershare Tour de Farms

From 21–26 September, a team of 14 riders from Computershare will be cycling between all three of our farms – from Lower Treginnis to Wick Court and on to Nethercott House – as part of their Tour de Farms 2025.
They’re aiming to raise an incredible £35,000, helping more children experience life on the farm.
