Help us create life-changing experiences for children

Farms for City Children gives children and young people who have limited access to nature the opportunity to spend a week living and working as farmers for a week deep in the countryside. They grow, harvest, cook and eat food from the land, take part in real farm tasks and experience the benefits of spending time in nature.

We have welcomed well over 100,000 children to our farms so far, and we believe that these experiences should be a normal part of every childhood.

About Nethercott House

Nethercott House is a vibrant smallholding and residential centre, welcoming groups of children for week-long stays throughout the year.

As Office Manager, you will play a central role in helping the team deliver a welcoming, well-run and high-quality experience for the children and groups who visit us.
